That old familiar soreness

A few days in and I can feel every muscle in my body as I move. My job involves a lot bending, squatting, twisting, so every little movement burns those sore muscles. It feels good, and reminds me of all the areas I was not working out while I was just running over the last couple of years.
On the food side I have been tracking everything I eat and it has helped see where I am taking too much in: fat and carbs, and not enough: protein. I haven't made any drastic changes yet. I just want to keep tracking and make small changes along the way. This worked before and will work again.
