This is Day 20!
I have been keeping track of my nutrition since day one of the 4th attempt at losing weight and getting fit.
I have been improving on staying within the calorie and fat limits!!
I have started walking 2 miles 3x a week and more!!
Someone said that it looked like I was losing some weight!
And...I have lost weight! 5 pounds!
