November Goals

I did not do well on my goals last month. I actually did pretty well on the walking/biking goal, but not on any of the rest. This month I am making it more simple and only concentrating on the 2 things I find the hardest to do.

1. No Pop
2. Strength Exercises 3 days a week.

I did not have any pop yesterday (Nov. 8) so this starts as of yesterday.

    SP has a great exercise library.
    Proper form is important, but they cover that too.
    Always good to keep your goals manageable. I don't do well at all if I overwhelm myself. Often less is more.

    Great goals and knowing that doing less for you will probably be more, as in success!
    Great also your being accountable, I think that is a great way to really keep goals that we are setting.

    In answer to Kim about what workouts, not much! Strength exercise has always been my major weakness. II don't ever feel like I'm doing them right for one thing. Then too, I don't live in a place with a gym or equipment, so I feel somewhat limited there too. What I plan on doing is the basics, push ups, crunches, using some 3-pound hand weights to do some upper body strength. I need to find more core exercises too besides crunches, so I'll be looking in the SP exercise library to see what I can find. Thanks for asking!
