I did not do well on my goals last month. I actually did pretty well on the walking/biking goal, but not on any of the rest. This month I am making it more simple and only concentrating on the 2 things I find the hardest to do.
1. No Pop
2. Strength Exercises 3 days a week.
I did not have any pop yesterday (Nov. 8) so this starts as of yesterday.
