I have been missing in action the last few days. Last Thursday I decided to take the day off of exercise since I only had 13,000 steps left to reach my gold medal award goal for the week. Pretty do able right? WRONG! On Thursday night and into Friday morning I was SICK SICK SICK! Some kind of stomach something. I ended up going into the ER and 2 shots of morphine and a clear ultrasound later I was on the mend! emoticon I was still recouping on Saturday and was just down right lazy on Sunday so I didnt get my 13,000 steps in that I needed and didnt get my gold medal award. emoticon Oh well, I got right back at it today which I am proud of myself for! I also wasnt watching my food intake REAL close yesterday cuz it was my birthday I figured, one day out of the year I could have a cheat meal. So what do I have? KFC! LOl! You would think I could come up with something more yummy than Kentucky Fried Chicken! Anyway, back to tracking and right back on the wagon today!
