Opportunity Is Knocking

Tuesday, November 11, 2014

I'm already making fitness plans for the beginning of the year. I'm always thinking about what my next thing is going to be. What are my new set of goals. I don't know if it's because I'm a Sagittarius or if I'm afraid I won't keep working hard, if I don't have something to work towards. I've seen too many people reach a goal that they worked so hard to reach, but because they never considered what happens beyond the goal their next steps are usually backwards.

At the beginning of 2015 I'm going back to one of my favorite workouts...Les Mill Combat. There is just something about workouts that involve punching, kicking and good music that I love. Les Mills Combat's workouts are based off martial arts training. For me punching and kicking combos distract me from the fact that I'm actually working out and without really meaning to I push myself harder. I wanted to spread the word that the program is on sale for just $35.95 right now, and I want to invite you to do the program with me. This might be a great opportunity for some of you who don't have a plan yet for the new year. You could even get an extra copy and give it to someone else who you know has fitness goals, and suggest they start it with you.

If you're interested in joining me let me know.

If you're like me you like visuals to better understand something. Here is a video that shows you what the workouts are like.
