I love Coconut Oil!

My daughter & I eat ketogenic (low carb/high fat) for a couple years now. I changed my daughter's diet recently due to dairy allergies. Butter doesn't affect her. I then increased our consumption of coconut oil 5 times more than what we were eating before. We drink coconut milk & I bake with coconut flour. After 2 months we each lost 2 lbs and each of us are down a whole dress size! Plus, she is not very physically active.
I was so excited last Friday when I went to Kmart to buy a pair of jeans and had to buy size 6 !! I never even imagined to be a size 6. I lost 75 lbs in 1997 (gained all back by 1999) on a low fat diet. I weighed same as I do now and was a size 10, now I'm a size 6, wow!!
