excess calories on saturday, which was allowed, but still more than I was planning on.
fitbit doesn't show much activity, but I was doing quite a bit of standing around rather then sitting down so not quite as bad as it looks.
what i did right - tracked everything even though it made me cringe with 700 calories above my target. I know the calorie target and fitness minutes I need, to still get a 1 pound loss this week.
what i did wrong - forgot my 25 of "something" again.
planning to eat at the lower end of my calorie range on sunday.
