My Week #5 WLAGs

I got back from my trip last week on Tuesday night .... in general I did quite well nutritionally while I was away with just a few cheats and while I didn't workout but two days a week I did wear my pedometer and logged about 4 - 6 miles walking around the conference! LOL!
It was when I got back that I "fell off the wagon" so to say!
My biggest WIN ...
My biggest win this week is that I am actually doing my WLAGs and will send them – even though this was a pretty unhealthy week! I’m still being accountable and taking time to refocus and plan for next week!
My biggest LOSS...
I had a few biggest losses including not drinking enough water, not eating enough vegetables. Pizza, Movie Popcorn, Ice cream… Basically, I let the “porch burn and take part of the house” rather than putting the fire out.
My Aha moment...
This week, as I struggled, I had to remind myself that this is a journey and the over-night results that I want are not the goal. The goal is to be well – to fuel my body and to feel the difference when I am eating healthy and exercising. Those results are the ones that matter and those results are nearly instant! This week I didn’t have enough water and fruits and veggies and I really feel the difference! I’m happy to know that it can turn around just as quick! :0)
My main GOAL this week....
Be gentle with myself (after a rough week I tend to want to beat myself up about it)
Drink 5 bottles of water daily
Eat a fruit or a vegetable with every meal/snack
Plan and track food and exercise with SP
Attend boot camp (they have off but we are allowed to attend on this off week) Monday - Wednesday.
We don't have huge plans for this Thanksgiving coming up and that will help me to stay on track .... we are going to cook a T-day dinner but aren't going overboard.
