monday was a good day for my weight loss efforts

I stayed in calorie range and my fitbit lit up with lots of green :)

what I did right - tracked food in advance and stuck to it, looked at the weather forecast in the morning and then later, walked the 4.5 miles home from work because it was cold but DRY.

what i did wrong. nothing :)

on target for a 1lb loss this week regardless of what the scale will say.

room for improvement: more freggies, more sleep.
