No expectations

Sunday, December 07, 2014

I went into my test on Friday with an open mind/ Even though all the previous ones have not been good i tried to look at this one in a more positive light. No matter what the test showed it would give the Dr's a clearer understanding of what was going on in my brain. I tried to carry this attitude into my test and not makes leaps in my brain = which was hard to do. One good thing about this test was it was a lot shorter then my other one. Downside I had to stay still for longer periods of time. Anyway I had to wait two days till the reports were posted - so i'm not really sure what all this means yet. The report indicated i had severe stenosis in the both sides of my sinus cavity, I did some research but this time I am going to let the dr's do the work. I have learned to leave the medical stuff to the dr's and I just need to listen. So instead of stressing over something i do not know yet I have remained calm and it has made a world of difference. For the past two weeks it has been the deep clean at our apt. For forever i have not wanted people to come into our home and help us. My partner addressed this with me again this past week. I told her whatever would make it easier for her I was okay with. Today two of our friends came over and completely cleaned the kitchen, pantry's and my side of the family room - no small task at all. This area now looks great and I even feel a little better. Thank God for friends!

Whenever I am under a lot of stress I clean. It helps me be ready for anything and helps me clear my head. The test you took sounds scary and stressful. It sounds like you and your partner are taking care of business all around! :-)
