When I start to eat better then I eat terrible

When I try to eat better, I end up eating all junk. Maybe I don't care. I know I care I just don't understand it. I there anything I can do different? I think I need to follow a plan where it is written down what I need to eat each day. Is there anyway that I can get like a two week plan? Feeling bad about myself/

    Health magazine and Self magazine always seem to have a meal/workout plan that is relatively easy. It's like, pick one breakfast, one lunch, one dinner and 1-2 snacks per day. Here's an example: http://www.health.com/health/galler

    But there's a different (but you know, mostly the same!) one every month.

    ETA: Also, doesn't the Spark Solution have a two week plan? ALSO, the Nutrition Tracker has meal plans you can show. It has an easy substitution feature. ALSO, there are these really neat features on Spark:

    South Beach diet has a two week plan for what to eat in phase one. You can tweak it a little but it is pretty easy. My son lost 13 pounds and I lost 10 on phase one in the first 2 weeks.
