I'm happy to say that my weight has finally budged after months of calorie counting. I decided to give Low Carb a try and guess what??? 2 days in and I'm down 5 pounds. So I'm not broken after all. I was a little worried because it's allot of fat and protein and hardly any carbs, but I don't feel hungry I feel like I can manage this and still feel satisfied. Yay!! I'm so excited to see the number move. I cannot wait until my weigh in on Tuesday. I'm not sure I will wait until then.
On another note. My back is feeling good. I've been doing my exercises that the PT has given me. I have not been able to go back since I got really sick. Maybe after Christmas when everything is calm again. I hope my Dr. says I can go back to work in Feb so I can get back on track financially and get my life back. I actually miss work.

That's all for now. I'll keep this updated on my new Low Carb lifestyle.
