100 days soon! Woohoo! Never, EVER thought I'd make it through the first month. Here I am now.. Stronger, wiser, a lot more stubborn. emoticon

Today I did some pilates on my own, without following a video and especially roll-ups are really quite easy for me now. My body has changed a lot, not just the way it looks but how it feels. Even just standing feels easier. I get dressed with ease, can get out of the bathtub (that's progress, haha!), and I'm getting closer and closer to doing real push-ups. My back and hips feel stronger too., very important for me who had some issues with a weak back and leg pain. Haven't had that aching, burning, sore leg pain in a while now. I used to have it at least a day a week.

Today I also finally tried to do a yoga headstand for the first time, with the wall behind me and I finally got up to straight body position and could even hold it there for a couple of deep breaths. I surprised myself, to say the least. I also discovered that that was an excellent shoulder/back/arm exercise. I'll probably be pretty sore tomorrow but it was worth it.

Oh, and tomorrow we'll probably eat lunch at a restaurant.. first time since I started this journey. I have to plug my brain in while looking at the menu, lol! Not sure if I'll have a small soda or not, but I AM sure that fries is a no-no.. Hope I can find something not too unhealthy!
