Happy New Years A new start to get Goals met

I love to start a new goals in the New Year. A exercise program that includes stretching to my walking routine , change my diet to less volume. I eat pretty health but too much and no eating after 8 pm. I also want to reduce my sugar intake. SOUNDS LIKE A LOT YIKES. Slowing but steady I will work at this. Keep working the SPARKPEOPLE Program YAAAA!
