I was going to post a blog on my 100th day but.. I tend to forget stuff if I don't write a note and glue it to my forehead.
100 days (101) of working to get my life back. It's going well, not too many bumps in the road. I lost weight consistently (except for 1 week) and most important is that I'm losing centimeters and quite obviously gaining in flexibility and muscle.
Celebrated today by doing 50 crunches for the crunch challenge over at my biggest loser team, and I also tried a new pilates video that really kicked my butt. And abs, thighs, arms, shoulders, back. 36 minutes of bending, pulling, holding, pushing and stretching. Loved it though and the feeling after is.. well, it's a rush! I don't know but I feel like I'm floating on clouds after pilates. It even helps me manage my anxiety.
Milestone 2 was the 50 days streak here on SP. Also something to celebrate, right?
