Water - 64 ounces a day emoticon
Vegetable intake - 3/day emoticon

TODAY - Weigh in day for Camp. I now weigh 133 pounds. (Up from last week). I also took measurements. I have inches to lose around my waist and hips that weren't there last year.
Definitely have work to do.

Small change challenge:
Studies show that sitting wreaks havoc on your health. Your challenge today is to get up and move at least once an hour. Whether you do some jumping jacks, walk to the water cooler, or try a few stretches, every little bit counts!
