Howdy, been awhile

Thursday, January 08, 2015

HEY, HEY, HEY...been many a day. Just wanted to say hi to any of my friends that are still around. It's been just over a year since last logged in. Main reason; laptop died and decided not to replace it, doing this from phone. Don't know how active I'll be but wanted to wish all well and sure hope everyone is doing well. Phone app doesn't allow for forum/community participation but, hope to post a blog every now and then. This last year hasn't been a phenominal weight loss one, only dropped 26 lbs from 270 to 244. 14 more pounds and I'll have lost 100 lb since intro to "Sparking." Wifey's doing great, I'm fishing a lot, and have my appointment to apply for social security this morning. My how time flies. Great to feel healthy, off blood pressure med....eating smart is now natural but still want to lose 50-60 more pounds. Take care everybody, and here's to a fantastic 2015 for us all. Life is good.

Fantastic to know you're still out there in cyber space! That was a good weight loss for doing it on your own...without our help! emoticon

    Good to have you back!

Wow! I'm so happy to see a blog from you. You are missed. You've had a good year if you've lost weight, feel good, wife's doing well, fishing, off BP meds . . . what more could you ask for.

I look forward to more blogs.
