Good day

Thursday, January 08, 2015

At least when it comes to food. Stayed on track and had veggies. No cake, no cinnamon rolls, haha.
I let all the negativity in though through social media, a lot of scary things happening right now in the aftermath of the horrible Paris attack. Many who are scared to go out because they are worried they might be targeted for "looking muslim", as in "wearing a headscarf". I get stressed and anxious really easily so what I SHOULD do is to stay away from social media for a few days.. Stuff like this goes straight to my heart and mind and stays there, digging away at my newly found inner peace. I'm an introvert who takes on all the world's problems and make them my own, get sad, upset and afraid and it ends up in twitches, cramps and tremors. So I still need to learn how to keep my distance. While still caring, of course.

Anyway.. Done my 50 crunches today and drank more water than yesterday so yes, I'm happy with my day. Now on to tomorrow! Pilates and more crunches. emoticon

Oh, and I had to share this on my blog too.. This man is awesome, he's an islamic scholar famous for his traditional knowledge and great lectures and sermons.

We need more love! emoticon emoticon

So sorry to hear you are feeling stressed. I agree, it is hard to be aware and care but try to keep emotional distance at the same time. I hope you find the cal you are seeking. Hugs!
