3 Jalapeno peppers. Slice lengthwise in half. Clean and remove seeds making a boat.
Mix in bowl:
3 tbsp Philly fat free cream cheese
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Garlic to taste
Tobasco to taste
Fill boats, level to top, with mixture
15 grams Panko bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of filled boats.
Lightly spray with favorite cooking spray
Bake in 400° oven for 20-25 minutes
All set for game/race day :)
