Measures for January 11 through 17

This week I will be focussing on:
Weight
Steps

I signed up for KCCC last week and only completed two tasks. My list for this week looks a lot like last week with one or two exceptions:
1) repot plants
2) write a clinic email
3) clean the litter box
4) unclutter the bedroom - go through magazines - rehome or recycle them
5) fold clothes in running bureau
6) schedule eye appointments
7) schedule dentist appointments



Went for an 18km run this morning. Here are some pictures from it:
