So I took a long break from BLC and managed to regain almost 20lbs. I have rejoined and refocused on better food choices and adding strength training to my cardio. I also need to shake things up a bit with my cardio and add some intensity and variety.
My Milestone rewards for this round will be as follows:
2.5 lbs - new food processor
5 lbs- pedicure
7.5 lbs new work out gear
10 lbs massage
Short term goal:
1 new recipe or food a week
limit diet cokes to less than 5 a week
Increase water to 60 oz a day
Mid term goal
decrease diet cokes to less than 3 a week
5-7 fruits and veggies daily
Long term goal - strengthen training no less than 2 x a week
Work up to being able to jog 1 min
Strength I have is developing a plan and sticking to it.
Destressing plan is bubble baths or reading
Food food food is my focus this round
