Resuming SP Again - See Below :)

Had another extended period without tracking food/ex on SP for various reasons: heart meds that severely limited my heart rate, hip problem, laziness, resting on my past accomplishments, belief I had "outgrown the need to track daily", and others.
Net effect: gained back a good chunk of what I'd lost (around 15 to 20).
But who cares? I'm here today to have a Spark year in '15!!
First up: quick start to loose 10 to 15 in 8 weeks. And to not just monitor the input to my body, but my mind, too. Junk in junk out!
