Eating right, doing my crunches, lost some weight. How very much easier it is to stay on track when I had my 1700 calories the day before! Makes all the difference.
I can now proudly say that I can easily do 70 crunches/other exercises for my abs in a row without breaking a sweat. In the beginning, 25 was really pushing it, and I'd feel my muscles starting to cramp.. Not anymore.
I've been drinking a LOT of water yesterday and today too, couldn't even take a nap because I had to run to the bathroom several times, but hey. It makes my body happy so who cares.
Tomorrow it's more pilates, hopefully a walk if it's not too cold and windy.
