Yesterday I went overboard with food. I doubled my caloric intake for the day. I try to keep it in the range of 1000-1200 calories. I ended the day at 2250 I think. Not to happy about that.................I felt it physically and mentally. So today when I woke I was feeling pretty good and decided it would be a good exercise day. Originally I had planned to walk to sprouts and back the closest of the health food stores for some exercise. Before I knew it my "workout" transformed into something totally different. When I left I was feeling good so I took advantage of it and took a long walk. The longest walk I have taken in probably 5 years. I don't know if I have said it before but my mother is in a wheelchair due to dizziness and muscle weakness. So every time I go out I will generally take her with me. She gets out I don't have to walk alone. Well anyways I pushed mom in her chair the whole almost 5 miles. She is 240lbs herself, I don'

t know how to add that into the fitness tracker lol but that has got to add some sort of something to my walk today hahaha!
