I have been craving Pizza all week. I have been sticking to a nutrition plan of 30 carbs max, and 1500-1800 cals a day. This is a tough goal, but one I have been sticking to. I have been wanting Pizza all week! I have been sticking with my meal plans, and have even been exercising all week. I have been wanting pizza all week!! It has been a great week for this fat man, but the need for pizza has not subsided.
I decided to make a home made pizza, and sought a find a way I could do it. I looked into the cauliflower pizza, the eggplant pizza, the no crust pizza, but in the end decided I would settle on the Flax Seed crust Pizza. The pizza was, well it was made of flax seed. It was grainy, and tasteless, and filling, and delightful. The recipe I followed was still a hefty 1000 calories for the entire pizza, but that was what I wanted. so a 300 cal breakfast and a 200 cal lunch later I made my Pizza. Filled with pepperoni, cheese, jalapenos, spinach it was a good way to have pizza.
I am not claiming it was great and tasty, I am simply saying my wife and I had Pizza night at home, and I participated, and it was fun, and eatable.
