Measures for January 18 through 24

So! last week was a bit on the "iffy" side.
My measures were:
Weight (Monday) down 0.5# from last week and 2.5# from the start of the challenge.
Steps - I had 113,217!! emoticon


Again, I accomplished only TWO things off of last week's list so I had to keep it nearly the same. emoticon

This week's KCCC list:
1) repot plants
2) write clinic email and develop the next clinic's curriculum
3) clean the litter box
4) bedroom - go through magazines - rehome or recycle them
5) fold clothes in running bureau
6) schedule eye appointments
7) schedule dentist appointments
8) write thank you notes for bridal shower and wedding

This week, I'm going to focus on my weight, water (64 oz/day) and veggies (2/day)
