This is the 13th day in a row that I've blogged here. I didn't know at the beginning that I'd be posting something every day; I just thought it might help my resolve to write something down once in a while. I didn't know what I'd type, and it's turning out to be whatever is in my head at the moment.

Tonight what's in my head is that I must be pms'ing because I am hungry as heck. I ate some chicken for an evening snack, and hopefully that will be enough before bedtime. Okay, that's probably TMI.

The other thing is I read on another Sparkperson's blog that she is doing the 30 day plank challenge. I read up on it and decided I will try to give it a go as well. It doesn't look like it will take much time, and it'll be interesting to see how far I can go. Today is day 1, which is 20 seconds of planking. It wasn't fun, but almost easily doable. I'm supposed to ramp up over the next 30 days, to 300 seconds. That sounds impossible and tortuous to even try!
