What I have been doing right:

Taking a prenatal vitamin every morning

I have been eating breakfast most mornings
emoticon
I have been trying to get up earlier for breakfast and also to have tea in the morning as a way to get more water in my day
emoticon
I have been doing much better with water, drinking 8 glasses or close to it most days
emoticon
I have been bringing lunch to work OR purchasing a bagel instead of going through the McDonald's drive through
emoticon
I have been spending less money on eating out as a result
emoticon
I paid off my car loan! And have started putting more money toward my student loan
emoticon
I have lost 4-5 pounds so far this year and I feel happy and motivated
emoticon
I have generally eaten between 1800 and 2200 calories a day, averaging just under 2200 so far this month
emoticon
I have been using SP to track my nutrition and exercise and have been using the community more
emoticon

What I want to work on for the rest of January:

1. Incorporate exercise more regularly on a few days each week, including strength training at home
emoticon
2. Go the the gym at least once (to start getting back in the habit – I've maintained my membership even though I haven't gone in more than 6 months)

3. Continue the other good habits I have been working on, and maintain positivity
