I had another great Power90 cardio workout this morning, but I thought I wasn't as out of breath as I normally am until I got to the ab workout at the end. I think it's time to kick it up a notch. I'm doing almost all of the moves as intensely as I can (still no high impact on my left hip and knee, so the jumping jacks are modified).
Once again, I'm learning that the best benefit to fitness activities is that fitness in general becomes easier and more fun! If there's anyone out there in Sparkland who is afraid to take that 1st step toward becoming more active, I say "The only thing stopping you is YOU!" Even if you just crank up some tunes and march in place for 10 minutes, you've done something to increase your level of activity. Then tomorrow do 11 minutes, the day after that 12 minutes, and so on. In just 3 weeks you would be up to 30 minutes of activity every day. Wouldn't that be awesome?
