~RUN 3x a week
~ST 1x a week (minimum)

emoticon Did you meet those goals, and why or why not?

I ran on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday.
Friends and I went to Moksha (hot) yoga on Tuesday.
I did not get to BodyPump or do any strength training. My arms and legs were hurting from yoga and running. It's been snowy here and, in its current melty state, it's difficult to run on. Sand-like. My arms got a good workout in yoga. And then I gave blood on Friday.
I lost 0.5#. 1/12 of 6% of 131 = 0.655#. My scale only reads in 0.5s so, I'm going with "close enough".

emoticon Are you on target with your goals?

Yes, I tracked everything last week and made a couple little changes (milk instead of cream, for instance). I also pushed myself harder on my runs.

emoticon What are your goals this week to see results with nutrition, fitness and weightloss?

More of the same, actually, as what I'm doing is working. I intend to add two BodyPump classes and an additional yoga class. I'll continue to track everything. I'd like to manage 64 ounces of water per day.
