Tired of not snacking

So I have finished 10 weeks of PSMF. I haven't had a real snack in that whole time, other than two single peanuts eaten a week apart, and two small chips eaten weeks apart. Some nights it takes near superhuman effort not to scavenge in the kitchen.

Yesterday I went hunting online, and ordered some low fat, high protein, low carb jerkies that look promising. They will be delivered tomorrow - I can't wait. I'll gladly have slightly lighter lunches and dinners if that allows me a small night-time snack. One is a beef/ostrich blend - sounds interesting. The others are straight beef, and straight chicken jerkies. I wish I had thought of this earlier!

    Ostrich ? Wow...very interesting. I've used jerky before . Don t see it much here but in Hawaii I look for the Turkey Jerky. Let's here how you like it. Thanks for reminding me. I don't miss the sweets.., it's the savoury I'm craving.

    You can't deprive yourself but you can find small ways to incorporate a snack into your fitness goals. Good luck, I wish you all the best !!!
