Day 61 - Pushing Ahead
Thursday, January 29, 2015
I had a major surprise this morning when I did my weekly weigh-in and was down 3.5 pounds from last week. I think I can attribute the loss from a combination of factors - the big UHaul move last weekend was a bigger workout than I thought; the massage I had last Thursday helped to release some stored toxins (and their associated "stuff"); and my attempts to increase water intake to help facilitate the removal of that "stuff." Still, it was a very pleasant surprise!
My head feels 100% better now that the tooth is gone and the infection is starting to wane. I'm getting excited about the possibilities of getting new replacements for those back molars to give me back a real chewing experience. I know it will take some time, but I've learned to be patient!
Our niece Jamie, the one getting married in May, messaged me last night asking if I'd given any more thought to the song I'm going to sing at the wedding when they are lighting the Unity candle. I gave her a website that has a long list of song ideas and encouraged her and Dillon (her fiance) to browse through the list and see what they like. After all, it's their wedding, right? But I thought I'd put it out to you Sparkers as well: what's your favorite love song that's appropriate for a wedding?
Have a great Thursday, everyone!
