A little bit stalled

This week the scale readings have barely dropped, not sure what the problem is. My sleep is irregular and my breakfasts have been last minute rushes so not as reliable as usual. It's hard to be patient, but I just have to keep reminding myself to take this one day at a time and not to think too much about the scale.
