Need these here, figure the best thing to help with the upcoming 3 hours+ of getting my tattoo completed would be a good protein shake the morning of.

GET OVER IT GREEN PROTEIN SHAKE:
Serves 2
2 cups chopped fresh greens such as spinach or kale, thick stems removed
1 mango, cut into chunks (about 2 cups if using frozen)
1 banana
1 cup original or unsweetened ricemilk
1 tablespoon vanilla or chocolate protein powder

MANGO-BUTTERMILK SHAKE:
Serves 2
4 cups frozen diced mango
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
2/3 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)

Process mango, 1 cup buttermilk, sugar, and vanilla protein powder in a blender until smooth. Add up to 2/3 cup more buttermilk, 1 Tbsp. at a time, processing until desired consistency is reached. Stir in cardamom, if desired. Serve immediately.

COFFEE-BANANA TOFU SHAKE:
Serves 2
1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
1/2 cup silken tofu, (if using a shelf-stable box, choose soft), drained
1 ripe banana
1-2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons instant coffee powder, preferably espresso
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
Ground cinnamon, (optional)

Combine milk, tofu, banana, 1 tablespoon sugar, coffee powder and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until very frothy. Taste and add more sugar, if needed. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Serve immediately.
