February 1, 2015 - 90 Day Challenge

Well, I have the first month down. I had a great January. I lost 8 lbs for the month. I increased my steps. I'm now up to 5,000+ steps a day. I had my son take pictures of me. I really don't see a difference from last month. I think it's just too soon to see a difference. So here are my February pictures:
This month I plan on continuing with my healthy eating. I'm working on eating more veggies. I'm in another challenge with another team to help me. I find that challenges keep me focused. I'm also continuing to improve my steps. I want to be more consistent with getting 5,000+ steps each day working up to getting to 6,000 steps by the end of the month. I do a lot of my walking in front of the TV. Most people do their walking or other exercises during commercial breaks, but I do my walking during the show and take my breaks to play Mah Jong during commercials.
