Down a pound!

I have gone all week being for the most part a good boy. I had one slip up were I ate a portion of Cheetos but that is miniscule compared to the last few weeks were I mess up big at the casino and blow my day by a 1000 calories or so. Every day this last week I was at goal one day I was 100 calories over. Exercise was up Hiking, walking. I get on the scale today and I get a 1lb loss??? What do you mean 1 lb??? I really felt confident about weighing in today.

Energy levels have been high, I'm feeling good! I feel like I've lost. Stupid 1 lb lol maybe I'm going to have a big week next week who knows lol
