End of week 4 - Down 2.8 - tried juicing for most meals.

So week 4 went quite well. Down 2.8 lbs for a total of 7 so far. I had been reading blogs from others lately that were all about juice fasts and the like. I have tried juicing before and enjoyed it, I like the taste and I di find it can be nicely filling. I hate cleaning the juicer though, and I don't think I could stick with a full juicing plan for an extended period of time.
So what I tried was juice for breakfast everyday this past week, and also for lunch most days, a healthy dinner, and then an evening juice most days as well. I considered it to be like a little kick start for my system. It seems to have worked fairly well. I'm down a nice 2.8 for the week, and feeling pretty good.
I plan to have a juice now and then for the next few weeks, and then make an attempt at a full on juice only week. I'm going to be away on a course soon, and trying to decide what to do for meals that week. I'll need to bring lunch and snacks to school, wondering how satisfied I would be with juice that week. We shall see.
