Review of a 4 days full catered conference at work

I have been doing rather well with my weight loss lately I have lost 5 kgs, its nicer to say 10 pounds yay
. On Monday I had to go to a conference at Head Office more than a thousand kilometres from where I live. I knew that there would be lots of weight gain land mines
so I tried to prepare. I took my exercise clothes with and I have a walkaway the pounds 1 mile super challenge saved on my phone and I also use exercises from an App called Skimble. I exercised all those 3 days I was there, I even got to spend more time exercising than I would at home
The food landmines started at the airport, I don't like airplane food so I skipped on that, I was also lucky that there were long cues at the airport so I got to skip the Slow Lounge breakfast. I ate a potion controlled breakfast only when I got to the Conference venue. I avoided those snack breaks and I made sure I sit with people I know to be dieting so I made good choices on lunch and skipped dessert. I didn't do perfectly but I did much better than I would have previously. The consciousness in terms of choosing food has made me realise how much I used too much unnecessarily. I gained 1 pound previously it would have been more. So proud!
