I had 30 hours of not the best eating. You know what tomorrow is? A new day.
I forgive myself for bad choices. I have the knowledge to build a bridge and get over the high calorie and carb totals.
Some days I have low totals, I just had a day with high totals. I will watch it for the rest of the week and hope for a 1 lb weight loss in this coming week.
