30 Day Small Changes Challenge

Today I joined the 30 Day Small Changes Challenge. The challenge for today was to share my goals with at least one person. I decided to do so by making a blog entry. That in itself is a small change for me. I have been writing private journal entries about my journey to being a healthier me, but haven't thought I wanted to blog.
My goal is to become fit and healthy. I set a short time goal of going from 219 pounds to 195 pounds by August. I know I need to lose more than that, but I've wanted to get below 200 pounds for a long time and feel I will do best by setting a small goal and then setting another when I reach that one.
Reaching my goals will take a lot of small changes!
