Just 10

Todays challenge is to do just 10 minutes of physical activity. I walked up to get the mail when I got home, so have done the 10 minutes. However, I plan on walking on the treadmill for 20 minutes today also. I am reading a book on my Kindle as I walk, so that helps to motivate me.

All the positive encouragement I received after my first blog entry is a strong motivator. I admire all of you who are fighting to meet their goals and taking time to encourage others. Thank you!
