Day 3 of 30 Day Small Change Challenge

Day 3 of Spark People's 30 Day Small Change Challenge is to Plan Your Power Start. I have always been a breakfast eater as I find myself light-headed if I don't eat breakfast. However, I did enjoy reading the article about all the reasons to eat breakfast. It definitely does help me think more clearly and not over eat so much later in the day. My challenge is to find more of a variety for breakfast. I have sensitivities to milk, egg, wheat, and soy, so many of the suggested breakfasts don't work for me. However, I can make pancakes with Pamela's Mix (gluten free). Today I had a pancake with a tablespoon of Simply Fruit, 2 bacon slices (microwaved), a banana, a cup of hot tea, and my calcium/vitamin d supplement. My metabolism is sparked, my blood is moving, and I should be able to think clearly and make wise choices today!
