These last 10 pounds seem to be taking for-e-ver to get rid of! I've stopped weighing myself every morning because it was starting to make me a little anxious. And I've noticed that it's harder to not snack and to stick to my tight serving sizes - I'm starting to worry that I'm subconsciously self-sabotaging. It's all a little confusing and frustrating.
So, deep breath - one day at a time, right? Tomorrow is a fresh start, and I will wake up with new resolve.
