I'm Not Perfect, but I'm Peddling as Fast as I Can

Recently I went to Wal Mart to get a few things. I did get some things, but LUCKILY I did not get some of the things I usually get.
I skipped the Candy aisle, Cookie aisle and Chip aisle. Also bypassed the bakery. It was very hard for me to do this, because I am sort of addicted to some of these things. The last time I went to W.M. I bought 4 (FOUR) bags of the Veggie Chips. The are delicious and very crunchy and actually not that high in calories. (38 chips is 130 calories.) I also bought two packages of the single serving peanuts. (10 packs in each box.)
I soon realized that this national brand of peanuts was making me not feel so good. I gave those boxes of peanuts to my oldest brother (he loves them.)
So, now I don't eat bread, I'm skipping the nuts, candy and chips...... O.K., have I lost 100 pounds yet? LOL.
I wish that was all it took. Yeah.
I believe that the physical therapy I am currently doing is helping me. I know that the therapy is not an overnight fix, but I am starting to feel better.
I pray that my determination and perseverance will stick around for a very, very long time. I am taking advantage of the fact that I have it now.
I want to do what it says on my Spark page: "FOCUS, BELIEVE, CELEBRATE."
