The above link is to 55 Healthy Snacks Under 200 Calories. I really appreciated this article as I sometimes get in a rut when it comes to snacks and there are a lot of ideas here I haven't tried. I avoid milk, egg, wheat, and dairy as I have sensitivities to them, but there are plenty of snacks that don't have those or that I can substitute almond milk or gluten free flours to make.
Usually I have fruit for snacks, but sometimes when I plan my food for the day and check the nutritional content, I am short on protein or another specific nutrient, so I need to plan my snack around meeting that nutrient goal. This list will help with that
Planning my snacks is very important to me. If I haven't planned, I usually end up eating way too much or something that isn't as healthy as Id like.

It does take some time, but it also helps you keep focused on healthy food. I do eat some not-so-healthy foods too, but not as many when I have to write them down. They tend to take to much of my daily allotment, and I'd rather have several healthy foods than one unhealthy one.

I have not done a very good job at planning meals and snacks and the nutrient goal. Got to work at that.
