Day 11 and 12 of small changes

Day 11 was Drink Up. I have been doing very well on my water intake. I do need to quit my morning cup of hot tea and my one glass of ice tea a day. I have had some issues with LPR and caffeine is one thing I need to avoid. I don't like decaffeinated tea, so I have cut way back on tea intake. Hard to give up tea completely. Not really having too much of a problem with the LPR right now, but I know it would be a healthy change for me. One suggestion I liked was to use water intake as a strategy to not overeat at parties or social functions. (or over-drink alcoholic beverages) Drinking a full cup of water after each bite would give you something to keep your hands busy and keep you from eating very much. Also drinking a cup of water after each alcoholic drink would cut that down.

Day 12 is find strength in numbers. That is kind of what SP is all about. I started the 30 Day Walkabout Challenge yesterday and it said to share with at least 3 people. I shared it on Facebook and have already had some likes. I usually exercise alone as I live in a rural area and don't won't to spend gas money to make a round trip of 50 miles to exercise, but I talk to other people who are also exercising about progress to support each other.
