We are in the 20's again with snow falling. Hard to adjust to after such nice weather, but what would we do without our lovely, warm Chinook winds blowing through and melting our snow and giving us 50 degree weather in the middle of winter??
I finally figured out that I pulled the ligament the runs over the IT band and hip. I had it massaged the other day. It hurts to touch it now, but using essential oils and heat on it. Walking doesn't hurt as bad. My Licensed Massage Therapist told me it would hurt and she is not kidding! Should heal faster now that I have had a massage and am using heat and oils.
I don't have a plan for getting on track yet. I do pool exercises twice a week and get as many steps in as I can every day. My eating is way out of control. I think when the stress of the move is over I will get back to eating normally as I will have a normal kitchen. If winter weather returns I will now have a building to walk around. I can walk for 10 minutes a couple times a day and get more steps than I am now.
Wow! That almost sounds like a plan!!
