Getting back on track

I am in my third month of getting back on track. I am tracking my food and exercise again and it is definitely helping. I turned 61 in January and want to improve my health so that I live a long and happy life : ) It's going to be a 'one-day-at-a-time' thing and I know there will be ups as well as downs. I am looking forward to connecting with others that are on the same journey......

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. I have found that changing things up is the way to start weight loss. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes.
