Feb 23: Creaking Body While Exercises, haha

After quite a while since I did exercise, I did some squats and lunges today. Nothing too intense, just 5 reps for each squat, forward lunges, reverse lunges, squat with hop, side lunges. But I kept hearing this creaking sound like rusty door hinges, haha.

I guess that's a sign that I need to keep my body active instead of being lazy and lying in bed all day, reading or watching movies LOL
