Under pressure

Wednesday, February 25, 2015

High blood pressure is what got me on this diet, and the best NSV has been seeing my blood pressure drop. Today I measured my blood pressure twice on each upper arm and the average of my measurements was 114/82 . Not only has my blood pressure dropped enough to stay in the normal range for the last month, but these are the lowest values measured for me in at least 3 years. Hooray!

That is so good! And I remember you also wrote that your joint pain has greatly diminished. You are a good example to me, BEMUSED, because even though I don't suffer from high blood pressure, I have really become much less mobile, not to mention agile, than when I was not so overweight. Even a few pounds can make a difference, I guess, and it's inspiring to see how much you've improved your health.

    You are doing great!
